HOW THIS WAS BUILT

This package rewrites and substantially expands an initial invention
disclosure into a complete provisional patent application. In addition
to elaborating each layer of the coating system in far greater
technical depth (materials, dimensions, manufacturing sequence, failure
modes and mitigations, and alternative embodiments), an extensive prior
art / reference search was performed across issued U.S. patents,
published patent applications, and peer-reviewed literature covering:
triboelectric nanogenerators, piezoelectric energy harvesting, magnetic
microturbine/electromagnetic generation, MEMS-based active flow
control and drag reduction, printed/flexible conductive inks and
supercapacitor electrodes, and biomimetic self-cleaning/superhydrophobic
coatings.
